We combine the true ceremony of coffee rooted in the coffee culture of these lands with today's techniques. We bring out the unique aroma and flavor of coffee beans through the roasting cycle, reaching the essence of flavor and the character of the bean. We call this the Dance of the Bean. We aim to source the best coffee beans directly from producers and provide coffee enthusiasts with a journey from farm to cup using advanced roasting techniques. Located in The Whirl, Maslak Oto Sanayi, our roastery facility, research and development (cupping), and education bar, we aim to be a game-changer in the coffee market, creating an experiential center.
